1) About These Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other referenced policies.

2) Roles & Relationship

The Platform acts as a marketplace enabling Guests to book accommodations offered by Hosts. A booking contract forms directly between the Guest and Host.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ to use the Platform. Account information must be accurate.

4) Listings & Accuracy

Hosts are responsible for Listing accuracy, compliance, and safety.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Fees

Prices may exclude taxes and fees. Hosts are responsible for tax obligations.

6) Booking Process & Payment

Bookings may confirm instantly or after Host approval. Payments may be collected on behalf of Hosts.

7) Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary per Listing. Refunds follow the stated policy.

8) Guest Obligations

Guests must follow house rules, check‑in procedures, and local laws.

9) Host Obligations

Hosts must maintain accurate listings, honor bookings, and comply with regulations.

10) Reviews

Reviews must be truthful and non-defamatory.

11) Prohibited Activities

Fraud, scraping, illegal activities, and misuse of the Platform are prohibited.

12) Intellectual Property

Platform content is owned by the Platform or licensors.

13) Privacy

Personal data is processed per the Privacy Policy.

14) Liability & Indemnity

The Platform is provided as-is. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

15) Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays due to events beyond control.

16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

17) Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.

18) Termination

Accounts may be suspended for policy violations.

19) Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
